Bloom Academy Terms of Service
- Acceptance of Terms: By creating an account on our platform, the student agrees to comply with all policies and regulations of Bloom Academy, located in Orlando, Florida. This agreement is personal and non-transferable.
- Student Code of Conduct: Students must act with respect, honesty, responsibility, and integrity in both in-person and online settings. Respectful communication must be maintained with everyone, avoiding discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind.
- Technology and Platform Use: Devices and Bloom Academy platforms must be used for educational purposes only. Recording, sharing, or publishing institutional materials without prior authorization is prohibited.
- Dispute Resolution: The teacher is the first point of contact to resolve academic or behavioral concerns. If unresolved, it must be referred to Academic Coordination and finally to the Deans.
Refund Policy
- Registration Withdrawal: No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the registration fee after three (3) calendar days from the date the payment was made.
- Program Withdrawal: No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the total value of the program after three (3) days from the official start date of classes. .
- Non-Refundable Situations: No money will be returned for any reason in case of non-payment, voluntary abandonment, or forced abandonment after the periods indicated above.
- Late Payments: With two (2) payment delays, even if they are subsequently settled, the student will automatically lose their enrollment without the right to a refund or any claim.
- Absences: Absences will only be justified by proven force majeure, such as serious illness or natural disasters. Any other cause is not grounds for a refund.
- Certification: The delivery of certificates, transcripts, or diplomas is subject to full payment of the program and academic compliance.
